Today, I’ll be showing you how to make a delicious Traditional Korean Dried Radish Leaves Soup and a simple, refreshing salad. Let’s get started!
#1 Traditional Korean Dried Radish Leaves Soup
1. First, let’s start by boiling some water in a pot. 2. While the water heats up, soak the dried radish leaves in hot water for 30 minutes to soften it. 3. Next, cut the beef into smaller pieces for easier cooking and serving. 4. Once the water is boiling, drop the beef pieces into the pot. 5. While the beef is cooking, cut two potatoes and half an onion. Add these to the boiling water with the beef. 6. Now, take the dried radish leaves out of the hot water and rinse it thoroughly. Cut the radish leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the pot as well. 7. Finally, add the soybean paste and one tablespoon of salt to the pot. Give it all a good stir and let it simmer until everything is tender and flavorful.
#2 Simple Spring Salad
1. While the stew is cooking, let’s make a quick salad. You’ll need green cabbage, two cucumbers, less than half an onion, two sweet bell peppers, three garlic heads, cherry tomatoes, and some cilantro. Chop everything into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
2. To the bowl, add 2-3 spoons of your favorite cooking oil, a spoon of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper.
3. Now, add some smashed chili pepper with garlic paste for a kick of flavor.

"Hearty Beef Stew with Fresh Vegetables and Cilantro"
Ingredients:
Beef (250g), cut into cubes
Sunflower oil (60ml)
Potatoes (3), peeled and chopped
Carrots (2), peeled and chopped
Onion (1),chopped
Garlic (2 cloves), minced
Fresh Cilantro (a bit, chopped)
Fresh pepper (small), chopped
Tomato paste (2 tbsp)
Salt, pepper, and other spices to taste
Instructions:
Sauté the beef and vegetables:
Heat the sunflower oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and sauté for a minute, letting it release its flavor. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the fresh chopped pepper and mix everything together. Add water and simmer: Pour in enough water to cover everything (about 4 cups), bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through. Season and finish: Add salt, pepper, and any other spices to taste. Once the dish is ready, stir in the minced garlic and chopped coriander. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes to release the flavors. Serve: Serve hot with bread or rice.
